CRASHOLA Terms

Terms of Service

Last updated: 22 October 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using or playing Crashola ("the Game"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Game. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Tyga.Cloud Ltd ("Company", "we", "us"), a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 14643275).

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to play the Game. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may only play with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf. Purchases require the account holder to be 18 or older, or to have permission from the person responsible for the payment method.

3. The Service

Crashola is a score-chasing roguelike played in your web browser. You ride a stunt jump, bank the distance you reach, and progress through a series of shows. The rivals you face in a show are fictional characters, not other players, and anything they say is generated for entertainment. Where the Game offers head to head play against another person, you will be told that is what it is.

We reserve the right to modify, update, add or remove shows and features, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Game at any time, with or without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Game.

4. Not gambling

The Game contains no wagering of any kind. There is no bet, no bankroll, no pot, no payout and no cash out. Nothing in a run can be exchanged for money, transferred between accounts, or redeemed for anything of real-world value, and the Game contains no in-game currency. Your score is a score.

The outcome of a jump is fixed by the Game's server before the jump begins and does not react to your play. Scores and rankings carry no prize.

5. Accounts & Progress

You may play as a guest or create an account to save your progress across devices. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must not share, sell, trade, or transfer your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms without notice or refund.

6. Purchases

The Game may offer paid unlocks, memberships and cosmetic items such as bikes, jumpsuits, helmets, chute canopies and wipeout animations, sold through our online shop and payment provider. Prices are supplied live by that shop at the time of purchase.

What paying does. Paying unlocks more of the show. It never makes the show easier: no purchase changes a jump, a crash point, a relic, or the result of a head to head.

No randomised purchases. We do not sell loot boxes, crates, or any item whose contents are decided by chance. You always know exactly what you are buying before you buy it.

No real-world value. Unlocks and cosmetic items have no monetary value outside the Game and cannot be exchanged for real currency, transferred between accounts, or redeemed for cash.

Licence keys. A purchase issues a key that you redeem against your account or your current guest session. Keep it: it is the proof of purchase that moves the entitlement to you.

Refund policy. Purchases are generally final. A refund may be granted at our sole discretion within 14 days. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights under UK or EU law.

Availability. We reserve the right to change pricing, catalogue and availability at any time.

7. Fair Play

You agree not to: use cheats, bots, automation tools, memory editors, or exploits; reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the Game; tamper with scores or leaderboards; attempt to obtain paid items without paying; or use the Game for any illegal purpose. You must report bugs and exploits rather than abuse them. Violations may result in loss of progress, removal from leaderboards, temporary suspension, or permanent ban, at our sole discretion.

8. Leaderboards & Events

The Game may include leaderboards, tournaments, and limited-time events. We may reset, adjust, or remove leaderboard entries and event rewards where we detect cheating or technical error. Event rules and reward availability may change at any time. No leaderboard position carries a prize.

9. Intellectual Property

All Game content, including but not limited to code, artwork, music, sound effects, show and level designs, characters, character designs and names, logos, user interface elements and written text, is the exclusive property of Tyga.Cloud Ltd or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to play the Game for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Game content without our prior written consent.

Copyright. Crashola is an original literary and artistic work. Copyright in it arose automatically on creation under the Berne Convention for the Protection of Literary and Artistic Works, administered by the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), which protects it in every one of the Convention's contracting parties without registration or any other formality. Its software is further protected as a literary work under the WIPO Copyright Treaty and the WTO TRIPS Agreement. All rights are reserved by Tyga.Cloud Ltd.

Trade marks. CRASHOLA™ and the CRASHOLA logo are trade marks of Tyga.Cloud Ltd, used in connection with online and downloadable computer game software. They are asserted as unregistered trade marks and are marked ™. Nothing here claims registration.

Prohibited uses. Without our prior written consent you may not decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer the Game, scrape or extract its content or data, or use any part of the Game, including its text, art, characters or game records, to train or develop machine learning or generative systems.

10. Third-Party Services

The Game relies on third-party services including our online shop and payment provider, email delivery, real-time messaging, gameplay analytics, and cloud hosting providers. We are not liable for failures, outages, or issues caused by third-party services. Those services are subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

11. Limitation of Liability

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Game shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the total amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim; or (b) GBP 100.

We shall not be liable for: loss of unlocks, items, or game progress; interruptions to service; or any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Termination

You may stop playing and delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your licence to use the Game ends immediately and unlocks and items are forfeited. Data will be retained for 30 days to allow account recovery, after which it will be permanently deleted (except where retention is required by law).

13. Dispute Resolution

Before initiating any formal proceedings, you agree to contact us at legal@tyga.cloud and allow 30 days for informal resolution.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer in the EU, you retain the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via in-game notification or an update notice. Continued use of the Game after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you disagree with changes, you must stop using the Game.
